We're a local, family-run business located in the stunning Jervis Bay area. Our passion revolves around all things water-related, be it fishing, diving, Water skiing, or simply lounging on a hidden beach, savouring the beauty of the bay.
We've partnered with one of the world's leading factories specializing in Aluminium plate boats manufacturing. This factory produces vessels ranging from 6-meter runabouts to 20-meter commercial and passenger vessels, serving clients worldwide.
Working closely with experts in the field, we design and build fishing boats tailored to our harsh yet breathtaking environment. Our Swellcraft hulls, featuring a unique deep V hull design and constructed from high-grade 5083 aluminum plate, prioritize strength, durability, and comfort.
Each boat undergoes thorough inspections, meeting ISO 9001 and CE Certification standards, allowing us to sell them globally, including in Europe. At Swellcraft Boats we've chosen and secured the rights to sell hull models purposefully designed for Australian and New Zealand conditions.
As avid fishermen and a boating-loving family, we've also added custom upgrades and accessories to enhance the boating experience, all tailored for Australian conditions. If you're in the market for a great-looking, safe, and affordable boat, don't hesitate to reach out for an inspection or come see firsthand what we can offer!
What sets Swellcraft Boats apart from many aluminium plate boats in the market is what lies beneath the floor. Sealed and foam-filled compartments enhance both buoyancy and reduce noise, making for a more tranquil and safer ride. Swellcraft Boats are designed with a focus on serious fishing.
Swellcraft employs the finest Pulse Mig Welding Machines globally, capable of producing exceptionally attractive and incredibly durable welds. These top-notch welding machines guarantee the excellence of our welds. We intentionally keep the welds highly visible and robust, refraining from sanding them for aesthetic purposes. This allows owners to witness the robust construction and quality of our boats—a feature of which we take great pride. We invite you to see it for yourself!
At Swellcraft Boats, we elevate welding, painting, and final assembly to the utmost standard. Each Swellcraftt boat is built to a quality you have to see and feel for yourself
Our Swellcraft Boats are meticulously handcrafted for durability. Our skilled team comprises of experts in mechanical engineering, sheet metal and boiler fabrication, and AutoCAD/Solid Works computer program designers

For vessels purchased for racing or other commercial and/or competitive activities, distinctwarranties apply, as outlined below.
Subject to the terms detailed below, Swellcraft Boats Jervis Bay guarantees that each new vessel is devoid of faulty materials or workmanship. In the event of any such discrepancy, we undertake to replace or repair the faulty part during regular business hours, free of charge, provided the part can be identified by its serial number.
The terms of the Swellcraft Boats Jervis Bay warranty are as follows:
1. The benefits offered by the Swellcraft Boats Jervis Bay Warranty are supplementary to your consumer rights and remedies as per the laws of the country in which the vessel was purchased.

It is applicable only to paint and powder-coat applied by the manufacturer and/or their sub-contractors, excluding those applied by suppliers and their parts.
5. Repair or Replace. With the exceptions outlined below, Swellcraft Boats Jervis Bay will repair or, at its discretion, replace any defective part of the vessel as deemed by Swellcraft Boats Jervis Bay during the specified periods above.
6. Exclusion(1) – Third-Party Components. Components usually covered by their own manufacturer's warranty include propulsion motors and drive units, controls, instrumentation and wiring supplied with the motor and/or drive unit, battery, electronic fittings, and painted and powder-coated externally supplied parts.
